0l0l0 is provided by Sadralddin Azizitorkanpoor, an individual based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates Missing: full postal address, if required. Contact: support@0l0l0.ai.

The service

0l0l0 is an AI assistant. It answers questions, works with files, images and voice, searches the web, compares answers from several AI models, plans missions, and — when you connect accounts and approve — acts in those accounts. Features differ by plan and may change, improve or be withdrawn over time.

Your account

• You must be at least Missing: minimum age to use 0l0l0.
• Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One account is for one person.

Plans, payments and renewals

• 0l0l0 offers a Free plan and paid Pro and Max plans. What each plan includes, and its current price, is shown in the app before you buy.
• In the iOS app, subscriptions are purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
• To confirm: whether web subscriptions through Stripe are offered at launch, and their cancellation and refund terms
• Prices may change; we will tell you before a change applies to your subscription.

Usage limits and fair use

Each plan has daily and monthly allowances (for example messages, images, voice minutes, research and Multi-Model runs), shown in the app. To keep the service available and affordable, 0l0l0 may also apply short-term limits during unusually heavy use, temporarily pause high-cost features such as images, Voice or research while continuing text chat, or answer with a more efficient model. Allowances reset on the schedule shown in the app and do not roll over.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in what you send to 0l0l0 and in what it produces for you, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store, process and send your content to our service providers only as needed to run 0l0l0 for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for how you use the results.

AI output

Answers are generated by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when they sound confident or cite sources. Check important information yourself. 0l0l0 does not provide medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and its output is not a substitute for it. Some requests, such as certain images, may be declined by the AI provider.

Acceptable use

Do not use 0l0l0 to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual-property and privacy rights;
• harass, threaten, exploit or harm anyone, or create or share sexual content involving minors;
• create malware, attack systems, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• get around plan limits, security measures or the protections of the AI providers we use;
• copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product.

You must also follow the usage policies of the AI providers whose models answer your requests.

Connected accounts and actions

When you connect Google or GitHub, you authorise 0l0l0 to read, and if you choose write access, to act in those accounts on your instructions. Sensitive actions, such as sending messages, ask for your approval first. You are responsible for actions you approve. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms.

Third-party services

0l0l0 depends on services run by other companies (AI providers, search, maps, hosting, payments). We are not responsible for those services, and their availability can affect 0l0l0.

If you use the iOS app

• These terms are between you and the operator of 0l0l0, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Your licence to use the iOS app is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims, or claims that the app infringes third-party intellectual property.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using 0l0l0 at any time and delete your account in the app (Settings → Data Controls → Delete account), as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your App Store settings or on the web first. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the service. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep paid features until the end of the period already paid.

Disclaimers and liability

0l0l0 is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Missing: limitation-of-liability clause and amount cap — requires legal review for the governing jurisdiction; consumer-protection rights that cannot be excluded must be preserved

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use 0l0l0 after that means you accept the updated terms.
